Stephen Speaks is an original band based in Tulsa, OK, but they have toured the world on the success of their platinum selling album released in 2001 that included #1 hits “Passenger Seat” and “Out of My League.” The band has a revolving cast of characters, largely depending on which musicians are touring with other national acts, but it is always fronted by singer/songwriter/mastermind Rockwell Ryan Ripperger.

Between 1999 and 2012, Rockwell has released nine Stephen Speaks albums, including the annual “Christmas With Friends” cd’s that feature various talented artists and have become something to look forward to each holiday season.

Rockwell’s good friends Ryan Tedder (One Republic) and Taylor Hanson (Hanson) have helped him find success over the years with both business and musical advice. Stephen Speaks continues to play the big stages as 2013 has seen them open for acts like the Spin Doctors, Toad The Wet Sprocket, and Maroon 5. The full band plays concerts and festivals only, but Rockwell is available as a solo artist for smaller venues.

This a band that never fails to bring the party, and they are a great fit for bars, patios, weddings, reunions and special events. Their sets are upbeat, fun and very interactive with their crowds.
